Tavion runs day-to-day production at Valkyrie’s Kiss, overseeing fermentations, tank transfers, and quality control from honey-to-glass. With 6 years of combined home and commercial brewing experience, he’s the steady hand behind our consistency and clean finishes across every batch.

Cris is the face of our tastings and markets and a key brewer on the cellar floor. Bringing 7 years of home-and-commercial meadmaking experience, he bridges the gap between the craft and the community planning memorable events while helping create the bold, fruit-forward profiles our fans love.
