Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship via standard ground carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where supported.

Alcohol Shipping Restrictions

Valkyrie's Kiss Meadery products contain alcohol and can only be shipped to addresses in states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the United States. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving alcohol shipments is legal in your state and local jurisdiction.

Adult Signature Required

All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age will be required at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended, and someone 21 or older must be present to sign.

If no one 21 or older is available to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us, in which case a restocking and shipping fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
